• Preliminary discussions with clients to ascertain requirements.
• Verbal advice to ensure the most cost-effective way forward while fulfilling individual requirements.
• Written confirmation of the outcome of the initial discussion with estimated costs, which include time on site, research, and administrative costs.
• Provision of an emailed copy of a draft valuation in which each item and/or groupings of items are fully described and supported by photographs, for client approval.
• Upon approval, two bound printed copies of the document with a signed certificate are sent to the client: one for the insurance company and the other for reference.
• A remote valuation service may be available for revaluations
