About us
At EFAS, we are proud to be part of the Benefact Group – a charity owned, international family of financial services companies that exist to donate available profits to good causes.
The Benefact Group first started providing financial advice to the clergy in 1919, under the name of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office (Life).
Today, under the EFAS name, we continue to have strong links with the Church and wider community, understanding the needs of the clergy and those closely associated with the Church.
How much will it cost?
The first meeting with one of our independent financial advisers is free and without any obligation.
If you feel you would like advice, once we know more about your situation and financial objectives, we will then calculate our fee, clearly explaining to you what this covers, before any commitment is made from either side.
Do remember, when first contacting us, please quote ‘CEPB25’ to receive a special fee discount available to all Church of England Pensions Board, pension scheme members. Contact us on 0800 107 0190 or email us here.
Your home may be at risk if you fail to keep up repayments on a mortgage.
Please remember that investments can fall as well as rise in value and you may not get back the amount originally invested. Your capital is at risk.
Please note that your tax treatment will depend on your individual circumstances and tax legislation and regulation. This could be subject to change in future.
