Jo began her career with RSA in Dec 1998. She was an underwriter within the commercial motor department and would go on to underwrite both motor fleet and P&C renewal business. In 2004 Jo joined AXA Insurance as a new business underwriter. Across the next 10 years, Jo also held positions at Groupama Insurances, where she was a cross-class new business underwriter and held her last underwriting role with Sterling Insurance. In 2014 Jo rejoined AXA Insurance as a Broker Development Manager.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her partner Lee, her daughter Robyn and stepdaughter Ruby. They love Sunday walks with their dog, Cooper. Jo is passionate about football, having supported Man United for years, and now cheers for her niece's team, Mancunian Unity.
