By reporting your claim immediately we will be able to provide you with the best possible service. We have made the process of reporting a claim as simple as possible by removing the need to complete a claim form.
If you would like to contact us about a claim please call the Claims Department on 0845 603 8381.
For out-of-hours claims reporting for customers with hearing difficulties, please fax us on 0870 400 0450.

our Claims Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week if you need to report a claim
enquiries about existing claims can be made from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
