Our aim is to listen to our people, treat them with respect and help them to get the most from their careers with Ecclesiastical.
Workplace covers five areas:
work/life balance – promoting a healthy work/life balance, including flexible working hours
learning, development and talent management – by providing a range of leadership and personal development opportunities
employee engagement – through communicating with and listening to staff, staff satisfaction surveys, employee benefits
diversity – applying the diversity and equal opportunities policy. The Disability Forum meets regularly to make sure the company adheres to relevant legislation
promoting and supporting good employee health – by providing a healthy and safe working environment, staff health checks. The Health and Safety Committee meets quarterly to monitor standards and make recommendations.
Our workplace initiatives are backed up by HR policies including health and safety, flexible working, take a break that enables staff to have unpaid leave for up to three months, equal opportunities, managing absence and home working.
