I worked for Ecclesiastical some years ago, and I’ve recently returned after a period working with another insurer. I came back because I felt a real affinity with Ecclesiastical’s corporate ethics and values, and because the culture here is different – unique in our industry. And the people are quality – first class.
We're a company that helps and supports good causes such as charities, educators, care homes and religious groups. And we work to protect the heritage of our country. That's rewarding in itself!
I’m responsible for leading business development in the Northern Region. My role is extremely varied: dealing with brokers and encouraging them to work with us; motivating my sales team; directing major change projects; and working with people across the organisation on many key initiatives.
Every day is different but always full, busy and rewarding. I work with a superb team and love the variety and pace of my job. As our new Northern Regional Centre evolves, I am looking forward to helping Ecclesiastical grow by influencing change and delivering business results through our people.
