Challenging you

Getting the right work/life balance is important to us, but it’s only fair to tell you that our graduate business leader programme is no picnic. We’ll give you a thorough and fast-paced grounding in all areas of our business, together with plenty of challenges and genuine early responsibility.

In return we’ll expect you to be enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn – we’ll also expect you to work towards a professional qualification.

Supporting you

We’ll give you all the support you need. Graduates get their own mentor who will be an experienced senior manager ready to support you as you make your way around the business. They’ll be on hand to offer advice on your career, to help you get wider business exposure and to make sure you get the most from your training.

We’ll also give you fully funded study support including up to 25 days study leave package.

From zero to hero

You may start without knowing your MVR from your APR, but by the end of your time on the scheme, we expect you to be hot property – someone that people want on their team. After that it’s up to you to choose the direction that interests you most.

Whichever path you choose, our expectation is that you’ll be one of our senior business leaders of the future.
